Coaches of all levels can use this to cope with all kinds of offensive formations. However, I strongly believe that it’s ideal for high school or college teams. Beginners and Intermediate coaches will also find great stuff to utilize in their practice. But I’m not sure that the same stands for Experienced coaches. Experienced coaches will probably not find the details they are looking for. Nevertheless, they will find a great defensive formation, that is flexible enough to be implemented against almost every offense. Therefore, in conclusion I can say that this is highly recommended to all football coaches reading this article.
